Sloppy Joe Bowls


Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    3/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    1 tablespoon tomato paste
    1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
    1 tablespoon dijon mustard
    1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    5 medjool dates, pitted
    2/3 cup water (reserved)
    russet potatoes (one per person)


Instructions


  • Brown the bottom beef in an exceedingly giant pan over medium-high heat and add the onion. Drain any excess grease
